This Privacy Statement explains how we at InnerPlant collect and use Personal Data. It is designed to help answer specific questions that you as a customer or user of our products and services may have about the privacy and security of the data we collect.

  • In provisioning and administering our Services.
  • Providing you with customer service and responding to and feedback you may have about our Services. 
  • Conducting data analysis related to our Services for the purposes of improving them.

We do not share data we collect with third parties, including mobile telephone numbers, for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Our Services are not directed to anyone under the age of 18 and we do no knowingly collect any Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18.

We may change, revise, or otherwise update this Privacy Statement from time to time in the future by posting a new Privacy Statement with an effective date indicating when it will take effect. If you do not agree to any revision or update to this Privacy Statement you should not use our Services.

Definitions

Personal Data is defined based on Applicable Law. Often, it means information related to an identifiable or identified individual. Examples of this are name and personally associated location data. 

Applicable Law is defined as the relevant body of rules, statutes, laws, and resolutions pertaining to data privacy, information security which apply to InnerPlant. 

Services are defined as our product offerings as provided to users.
